The Kailua business community is active, thriving, and supported by residents, visitors, and fellow businesses. The Kailua Chamber of Commerce (KCOC) is a cross-section of businesses and individuals from the Kailua community that serves to unite members of the business and industrial communities in a spirit of mutual cooperation and dedication. This association works to address – and solve – many of the challenges facing Windward Oahu.
